2020 certainly is the most challenging year for everyone in modern 20th century. The pandemic of Covid-19 has made our life upside down and we all have to adjust everything in our lives not limited to your special wedding day either in Bali or in your hometown. I can understand that you are confused with all situations and not sure what to do which ‘should be a dream wedding’. As you may know that most governments have limited the travel to many countries and it would be smart thing for you all to follow their advise for your own safety and love ones. Your wedding should be one of the most happiest day in your life so if you can, I would recommend you to wait for the perfect time, without any worry and stress.

The virus is still here and after reading and hearing the news, I think the ‘normal life’ may not be back till early 2022. In Bali itself we are still open for Indonesian tourists and foreigners who live in Indonesia. Our border is still closed and it may be open in January 2021. Our government keeps updating and review the policy, depending on the current situation in Indonesia and the
World.

Tourism and Wedding industries all over the world are hit the hardest in this pandemic. Many companies have closed down and many un-employments. Fortunately HappyBaliWedding is still here and we still have all our staffs fully paid. In fact we are very busy to negotiate with all vendors to change our 2020 weddings to 2021 and 2022 dates (just for your information that most of weekend dates in 2021 are fully booked).

We received small wedding 2020 cancellation and continue to receive new bookings as far as 2024. Last but not least I just want to assure you that most venues in Bali have extended their flexible policy so you may postpone the wedding up to end of 2022 with 2020 rates.
